Director/OT
Katrina brings 15 years of dedicated experience as an occupational therapist, passionately supporting children’s growth and well-being. She specialises in guiding children of all ages to develop vital skills for independence, learning, and everyday life.
Leah
Accountant
Leah Bolinao is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over ten years of experience in accounting and finance across manufacturing and multinational organisations. She has held progressive roles in reputable companies, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, reconciliation, process improvement, and compliance with accounting standards, with experience in shared services and corporate finance environments supporting accurate reporting and elective internal controls.

Allied Health Assistant
Red is an engaging and proactive Allied Health Assistant with a background in occupational therapy and experience supporting individuals across a range of developmental and functional needs. He works with clients with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, motor coordination challenges, and emotional regulation needs.

Viel is the Admin Manager at Bridging Potentials. Her work focuses on streamlining clinic operations and navigating complex regulatory landscapes, to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Drawing on three years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry, she brings a unique level of technical precision and analytical problem-solving to the healthcare administrative space.
Lauren Voda
Allied Health Assistant
Lauren is an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant and Occupational Therapy student with experience supporting individuals across a range of developmental and functional needs. She has worked with clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental support needs. Lauren is deeply passionate about occupational therapy’s holistic approach, valuing the importance of understanding each client as a whole person and delivering meaningful, client-centred care.
Belinda Ling
Occupational Therapist
I am an Occupational Therapist with over six years of experience working in pediatric settings. I have supported children with developmental delays, Autism, and ADHD across clinic, school, and community environments.
I use a relationship-based and play-based approach, focusing on building trust and meaningful connections with each child. I also enjoy facilitating group programmes to support social skills and peer interaction.
